I’m really mad about the massive discrepancies in depictions of 40k characters because some of them make people look decent and then some turn around and make them look like they were whipped with the ugly stick. Is he hot or not guys, get your act together GW.

.::I scream about this A LOT. Especially when it comes to Sig lmao. Like, in the books he’s described as having short cut blonde hair, sapphire blue eyes, the scars on his left cheek from the eyelid to jaw!! And with a face somewhat like Dorn’s, etc. etc.

And then there’s the art and IT DOESN’T MATCH UP LIKE WHY?!

they are all hot. Never doubt it, only doubt that artist or writer betrayed you if they are not.

Truer words have never been spoken

I’m still not over Saul Tarvitz single official artwork. Like.. sure, as if ANY Emperor’s Children is less than a 8/10 in terms of attractiveness.
Even Fabius is above 5 yet Tarvitz looks like Space David Carradine!?

Saying that fabius is simply above a five and not at least a solid 9 is deeply insulting to me but I understand your pain regardless

(Young Bile is a 9, old bile is a six… but he swaps between the two, so mathematically he is over all a 15 :P)

That is not how mathematics work.

It would make him a 7.5 on average ; unless he spends more time as young or old, in which case you’d need an average weighted in relation with said times.

This is an important and serious subject, we need to use science responsibly if we’re going to do analysis.

PS : admittedly I’m not sure how we should count the clones. Do they add up or average, given that they’re still a Fabius Bile ? There’s also the fact that usually, only one of them at a time is an actual Fabius Bile. Maybe we need a model where they add up but only count as a fraction of a Fabius Bile ?

Also, shouldn’t we use the same method or a similar one to calculate Alpharius’ hotness factor ?

If multiple clones are running around, you add them up and create the average through all of them and whether or not they are young or old fabius. If there is only one fabius at a time, then you do not need to make excess calculations. In the likely event that fabius is between bodies, then you use the average of his previous body to his new one.

Calculating Alpharius’ hotness factor is classified information. Report to your closest washing machine for the hydra to chastise you as is your due.

Russ’ Thor adventures are adorable and everything I wanted. Well, everything I wanted except a second, unrelated story earlier in the timeline where Russ has to cross-dress and almost get married while some poor, unfortunate brother of his plays wingman, but anyway.

Terran Russ and Fenrisian Russ looking at each other like a broken mirror is totally my thing, though. (Even though I have only alluded to such a person in the most tangential way in this one AU, as opposed to say Calibanite Russ who I’ve given much more attention to.)

‘Wine,’ said Russ. ‘From the Lion’s vineyards. A gift of friendship.’ He smiled. ‘It is dark, bitter and complicated in flavour.’

‘That adequately describes your relationship with him.’

Russ laughed, a solitary bark. ‘Yes.’

–Russ, will you be my “it’s complicated” on Facebook?
